WyzeBiz: CRM and customer follow-up software for independent businesses

You sign up, connect the mailbox you already use, and import or forward your leads. From there WyzeBiz does the chasing:

• Captures leads automatically. New inquiries arriving at the mailbox you nominate become tracked leads instead of buried email.
• Sends follow-up campaigns. Multi-step email sequences you write and approve, sent from your own address, so replies come straight back to you.
• Detects replies. The moment a lead answers, the sequence stops and the conversation is yours.
• Tracks engagement. Opens, clicks, and replies, so you can see which follow-up is actually working.
• Honors opt-outs. One-click unsubscribe on every message, with a permanent suppression list.

The same application sells under four names, each tuned to how that trade works. The software underneath is identical.

You send follow-up from the address your customers already recognize, which usually means your own Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox. Some businesses also connect a calendar, a Google Business Profile, or a YouTube channel. Every connection is optional, and WyzeBiz asks only for the access the features you switched on actually need:

• Sending mail (auth/gmail.send). Delivers the follow-up campaigns you wrote and approved. Nothing goes out that you did not configure.
• Reading mail (auth/gmail.readonly). Notices when a lead replies so the sequence stops, and, where you turn it on, creates a lead when a new inquiry arrives. Bulk and automated mail is filtered out rather than captured.
• Marking a message read (auth/gmail.modify). Write access, named plainly because it is broader than reading and sending. It does one thing: removes the unread marker from a message already processed. It does not label, archive, move, or delete mail, and cannot permanently delete mail or bypass Trash.
• Scheduling appointments (auth/calendar). Creates, updates, and cancels the appointments you book in the app, so they land on the calendar you connected. Existing events are read only to check availability.
• Managing reviews (auth/business.manage). Reads Google Business Profile reviews for the locations you connect and posts replies you wrote or approved. Nothing else on the profile is touched.
• Publishing to YouTube (auth/youtube.upload). Uploads a video you created and scheduled to the channel you connected. Nothing is uploaded that you did not schedule.
• Reading the connected channel (auth/youtube.readonly). Identifies that channel and confirms an upload succeeded. Analytics, comments, and unconnected channels are not read.

Social publishing is not limited to Google. Where you enable it, the same feature posts to a connected Facebook Page, Instagram, or TikTok account, each using that platform’s own authorization.

Credentials are stored encrypted and scoped to your business alone. Google user data is never used to train generalized AI models and is never sold. You can disconnect a mailbox, calendar, business location, or channel at any time from your settings. Every permission is set out on the Security page, and the full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
